Much of our emotional life unfolds beyond conscious awareness.
It shapes how we love, what we fear, the stories we carry about ourselves, and the patterns we find ourselves returning to.
Depth psychotherapy invites us to listen more closely. Rather than asking only, “How do we get rid of this symptom?” we become curious about what lies beneath it:
“What might this be trying to tell us?”
There are many ways of listening.
Dreams
Dreams speak in image, emotion, and symbol. Rather than searching for a single interpretation, we approach them with curiosity, exploring the meanings and associations that are uniquely your own.
Symbolic inquiry
Tarot, mythology, art, ritual, and other symbolic practices can become mirrors for reflection — not to predict the future, but to illuminate what may be asking for our attention in the present.
Shadow work
The parts of ourselves we judge, fear, reject, or hide often have something important to tell us. Shadow work invites these hidden dimensions into awareness with curiosity and compassion.
Myth & archetype
Long before psychotherapy, human beings turned to stories to make meaning of love, loss, identity, desire, and transformation. Myth and archetype offer another language through which we can encounter our own lives.
Hypnosis & active imagination
Not everything can be reached through analysis alone. Imagery, imagination, and altered states of attention can create space for insight, emotional exploration, and deeper contact with the inner world.
The body
The psyche does not live only in the mind. Through somatic awareness, we become curious about sensation, movement, tension, and the ways our histories are carried in the body.
The work is not about becoming someone new.
It is about becoming more deeply acquainted with who you already are.
